BitoPro's help center says a normal TWD deposit takes about 5-15 minutes, excluding unexpected bank-system issues. If a transfer is delayed, do not send a second payment before checking the first one.
Check These Items in Order
1. Did the Transfer Come From Your Own Linked Account?
BitoPro accepts bank transfers from the verified user's linked bank account. A transfer from a family member, friend, or company account may not be matched automatically.
2. Is This Bank Currently the Default Bank?
Eligible users can link a Bankee investment settlement account and another bank, but only one is the default at a time. BitoPro warns that a transfer from the non-default bank may require a refund request.
Check the current account in the App before transferring. BitoPro's dual-bank FAQ says a default-bank change takes 24 hours and can be made up to three times per month.
3. Did You Use the Current Designated Deposit Account?
Open the BitoPro App and retrieve the current TWD deposit details instead of reusing an old screenshot. The official TWD guide instructs users to transfer from the linked bank account to the designated BitoPro account; it does not describe a separate TWD memo field as a general requirement.
4. Did You Exceed a Bank or BitoPro Limit?
Bank transfer limits and BitoPro deposit limits are separate. For personal users who passed Level 2 on or after June 28, 2025, the published initial caps are TWD 100,000 per transaction, TWD 100,000 per day, and TWD 3,000,000 per month. Always use the limit shown in the logged-in App.
5. Did the Bank Complete the Transfer?
Confirm that the bank marks the payment as completed rather than scheduled, pending, or failed. Save the transaction time, amount, bank reference, source-account ending digits, and screenshot.
What to Send BitoPro Support
If the bank completed the payment and all account details are correct, prepare:
- BitoPro registered email.
- Exact transfer date and time.
- Amount.
- Source bank and account ending digits.
- Bank confirmation or electronic receipt.
- The BitoPro deposit account shown in the App.
- The time of any recent default-bank change.
Do not publish full bank-account details, identity documents, passwords, or verification codes in social-media comments.
TWD Deposit and USD-to-USDT Are Different Services
BitoPro has launched USD deposit-to-USDT conversion, but it only accepts the linked BitoPro X Bankee USD account. USD is converted directly to USDT and must not be sent to the TWD deposit account or from an unrelated bank.
