How BitoPro Verification Is Split
BitoPro's App guide says Level 2 identity review generally takes 3-7 business days, with the fastest cases completed in 1-3 days. Bank-account linking is a separate review. The App guide says about 3-4 business days, while the Web guide says 1-3 business days, so neither figure should be presented as a guarantee.
Level 1 and Level 2
Level 1 verifies email and mobile number. Full deposit, withdrawal, and trading access requires Level 2 identity verification.
The current App guide shows these Level 2 steps:
- Open Identity Verification.
- Photograph the front and back of the ID card.
- Complete the on-screen facial verification.
- Review the extracted identity details and submit.
The Web guide says Taiwanese applicants can select a national ID and foreign nationals can select a resident certificate. This does not guarantee eligibility for every foreign applicant; the actual verification screen and BitoPro review control the outcome.
Bank Linking Is a Separate Review
TWD bank deposits and withdrawals require a linked bank account in the account holder's name. BitoPro's Web guide asks for the bank, branch, account name and number, plus a passbook cover or online-banking screenshot showing the required details.
Bank proof should not be described as part of the App's Level 2 facial-verification step. They are separate workflows.
New-User TWD Limits
For personal users who passed Level 2 on or after June 28, 2025, BitoPro lists these initial TWD deposit limits:

The higher tier requires both 31 calendar days after Level 2 approval and at least TWD 500,000 in cumulative deposits during one month. Meeting only the 31-day condition is not enough.
Before Submitting
- Keep all document edges visible and avoid blur or glare.
- Complete live facial verification exactly as instructed in the App.
- Make sure identity details match the document.
- Link a bank account in the verified user's own name.
- Ensure bank evidence shows the account name, number, and branch information requested by BitoPro.
- Watch the registered email and App for review or resubmission notices.
