Binance Withdrawal Failed or Stuck? Complete Troubleshooting Guide

Identify where the transfer stopped

  1. Open Binance withdrawal history and check the status, asset, network, address, and amount.
  2. No TxID yet: the transfer has probably not been broadcast. Read the restriction or error shown in Binance and contact Binance support if it does not clear.
  3. TxID exists but the chain is pending: wait for network confirmation. Congestion makes fixed minute estimates unreliable.
  4. The chain shows success but the recipient has not credited it: give the recipient platform the TxID, network, address, amount, and time.
  5. Wrong address, network, or memo/tag: do not send a second transfer. On-chain transactions are generally irreversible, and only the receiving party can assess recovery.

Common causes

Prepare before contacting support

Binance does not publish a universal 24-to-72-hour response guarantee for all withdrawal cases, so this article does not promise one.

FAQ

How long does a Binance withdrawal take?

There is no universal answer. Check whether a TxID exists, then check network confirmations and the recipient's crediting requirements.

Who handles a transaction that succeeded on-chain but is not credited?

Start with the receiving platform and provide the TxID, network, address, amount, and time.

Does every failed withdrawal automatically return?

No. A request rejected before broadcast may return to the available Binance balance. A transaction already confirmed on-chain cannot be described as automatically refundable.
